Medication
If you send any medications to school with your child, please include a
signed note and instructions for dispensing the medications. The student
should take the medication to the office as soon as they arrive.
Students with Asthma
According to state law, if your student is asthmatic and attends school you must contact the school and fill out the required Parental Authorization for Student Self-Administration of Inhaled Asthma Medication Form. This form has to be on file in the students records.
Medication
